Had a lovely lie-in this morning which is practically unheard of - didn't wake until nearly 9am.
After breakfast we wrapped up warm and treked across the fields and muddy paths over to Glendurgan gardens where we had a lovely walk.
We also had lots of fun in the beautiful maze. However, we just could not find the way to the middle and had to give up!
Seb and Nathaniel cheated and crawled through a gap in the hedge!!
After that we went into the Garden cafe and I had a delicious bowl of Pumpkin and Apple Soup.
The boys had spider cakes - left over from Halloween and George had a scone with jam and cream.
We then headed back to the cottage to strip off all the bedding and to clean the cottage ready for the next set of guests. Tonight we will stay in George's house ready for an early start tomorrow.
This evening we are going down to the Ferryboat Inn for a Bonfire on the beach at six and then something to eat.
We have had such a lovely break away and it has been soooo wonderful to see my best friend.
But all good things come to an end and I am missing my darling husband and it will be lovely to see him again.
The boys will also be excited to see their Dad again!
Can't upload photos as the camera battery is flat - will upload them later in the week.
