1000 Page Views

Sorry I have been so quiet for the past few days.  Have not been feeling so great - with a nasty cold / flu bug but am finally feeling more like myself again.

Have logged on today to two nice surprises. Number one surprise - Five months into my blog and I have had over 1000 page views which is quite remarkable seeing as I started this more as an on-line diary for myself.




I do find it fascinating to see that other people have actually looked at my blog and not just people I know but complete strangers and people from all over the world.

Thus far I have had the following number of global page views:

Wow - I really can't believe it.

I am not sure how people happen to stumble accross this blog.  I am really new to blogging, I had only read one other blog before I started writing mine and I obviously still have quite a lot to learn - like how other people manage to put great photos and pictures as banners on their front pages!!

Anyway - if you are a random stranger who has stumbled accross my blog, thank you for taking the time to read it. I realise most of it is probably incredibly boring and dull but it is lovely to connect with you.

Do feel free to leave me a comment, I'd love to know what you think.  I check every now and then in excited anticipation to see whether I have any unread comments but have been sadly disappointed thus far!
